Join us for our 2nd annual LukeStrong Superhero Run/Walk and Family Fun Day! Runners and walkers are welcome of all ages. The event includes a 1 mile Fun Run, Free Kids Dash, a chip timed 5K, 10K and a family activity area (including bounce houses, cape decorating, Nerf battle, food, drinks, music, and vendors).

All proceeds benefit the LukeStrong Foundation. The goals of the LukeStrong Foundation are to financially support families of children and young adults fighting all types of cancer. (Bills, medical bills, traveling expenses, food, utilities, rent or car payments.)

All registrations (except the kids dash) will include a t-shirt if registered by April 11th, 2020. 
We will make extra shirts but you are not guaranteed a shirt after deadline.

Kids Dash participants will be given a superhero cape to decorate of their choice!

Award Medals Following 10K and 5K for the top 3 in each age group Men/Women: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79. Award Medals will also be given for overall male/female.

6:00 am: Packet Pick up and Race Day Registration 
8:00 am: 10K Race begins
8:30 am: 5K Race begins 
8:45am: 1 Mile Fun Run
9:15am: Kids Dash
9:30am: Award Ceremony
